Hopefully its easier for the "cooking illiterate" to teach themselves how to cook than it is for just the illiterate to start reading again.

"Food preparation = women’s work = lesser form of work..." yeah 'cause feeding people is such a horrible thing to do. And really, the chef has all the power because if you don't like it, then you can starve, as every parent has said.

You know what is also funny, is that my family and I moved to our 3 acre property about a year ago, and I find that we have all lost weight just by being outside more. Sometimes during a full day outside, I will check my phone and realize that I had walk 12k steps, which would rarely happen when I lived in suburbia. I feel that some lifestyles by their own nature help stimulate a healthier lifestyle of not only your own grown food, but also just walking more.
